The 7th Grade Girls Summit Basketball Club team won the Jersey League Basketball Championship on Sunday, in a big comeback victory over the number-one seeded Branchburg team at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, NJ.

“The girls played their hearts out and, with aggressive defense, timely shooting and big foul shots, they pulled out the victory in front of a big crowd,” said Coach Evan Bashoff.

The team finished the season with an overall 14-4 record.
