This Week’s Athlete of the Week Congratulations to this week’s athletes of the week, Dominick Lotito & Mia Luna. Dominick, a junior on the varsity swim team, has been a strong competitor for the boys’ team this season. This past weekend at the Union County Championships he set a new school record in the 100-yard backstroke. Mia, a senior captain on the varsity bowling team, placed third overall in Union County in the girls individual tournament this past week, bowling a high game of 170 and high series of 543.

Westfield High School’s girls’ soccer team clinched the New Jersey State Championship in a 1-0 thrilling victory over Eastern Regional High School.
