December How Sweet It Is!

Though December is primarily associated with the holiday season, it also includes numerous national days to celebrate different treats! Starting off strong, Cookie Day is December 4th. Don’t like cookies? No worries, Brownie Day is on the 8th. Shortly after this is Cocoa Day on December 13th, so make sure to get out the marshmallows! Comunity Provides Support to Floridians Impacted by Hurricane Ian

Like many times before, the call went out and the residents of Chatham answered. I witnessed firsthand the selfless actions of our community doing what they do best, coming together in times of need. First responders come in all forms and this time, it was the members of the Chatham Community Forum who came running to help. A simple post triggered a frenzy of responses – sincere and heartfelt messages within minutes, followed by bags of clothes and anonymous grocery-store gift cards left on our porch within hours. Local Student Lands Leading Role in Aladdin
